Our pediatric dental practice sees approximately 100 children a day. Six months ago, we decided to change dental labs, and heard high remarks of PDA. We primarily use PDA for space maintainers, and have had only good results.
The staff at PDA is friendly and always open to suggestions. They send comment cards with the name of the patient. This helps them to know if the product they made is sufficient or not.
We not only use PDA at our Puyallup office, but we have now expanded to use PDA at all of our clinics.
PDA is timely and I have not had one late case. I am very pleased to be doing business with PDA.

I have the good fortune to be located across the street from Pacific Dental Arts. In the 13 years we have worked together, PDA has done roughly 5000 units of crown and bridge for me. I use Pacific Dental Arts Lab because they produce a quality product with a choice of materials made locally. They provide excellent customer service, like custom shading with clinical photos and final shading at the insertion. It's great working with a local lab on complex cases, you can discuss cases face to face and get advice on prep design or space requirements from the techs view to reach a desired outcome.
