Pacific Dental Arts is conveniently located and accessible via all major roads. Our office is confident and capable with keeping up with your practice’s demands. Our turnaround times are consistent and closely monitored daily. Trusting us with your patient’s restorations and appliances is of upmost importance.

  • Friday: 7am-4pm
  • Lunch Hour: 12pm-1pm

PDA delivers and picks up daily in our local Olympia, Shelton, Centralia areas. We also offer 2nd day and overnight shipping for out-of-town accounts.


PDA Requires each case to be accompanied by a signed labslip which is to be considered a binding work order agreement and acceptance of terms, conditions and warranties. Invoices are billed by statement with payment due within 15 days of statement date. A 1.5% Service Charge will be billed on all past due balances.
