PDA stands by our quality products and if for any reason our workmanship is not acceptable, we will fully cover the product, barring service warranty conditions described below. We will adjust, repair, or replace the product at no charge if restoration is returned within 60 days.
Warranty is not lab responsibility when shade change (differing from original request), build-up failed, re-prep is required due to tissue and margin alterations, material change, bisque or framework try in suggested by lab is refused, new impression or bite are different from original, seating instructions from lab not followed, or doctor marked own margins.
To provide a full warranty, the following conditions must be met, or a fee will be incurred:
- Original models, bite, impressions, and restoration must be returned to the lab.
- If remake reason is not specified on the RX.
Remakes will be completed with receiving of new impression, model, bite, and completed prescription.
All fixed crown and bridge carry a 2 year warranty, Maryland bridge carry a 6 month warranty, dentures, cast framework partials, and flexible partials a 1 year warranty, immediate dentures carry a 30 day warranty from ship date, temporary partials (flippers) and nightguards a 6 month warranty, and all other removable products are a 30 day warranty from ship date.
